The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our listing agents. Skills You Have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, confidentiality, resourcefulness, self-motivation, self-discipline, and proactivity.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage a lead pipeline.
  • Self-motivated to make a large number of phone calls per day.
  • Ability to develop effective approaches to convert sales leads into opportunities.
  • Heavy B2C prospecting by telephone, text, and email.
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections.
  • Experience qualifying phone system/software leads is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic office suite software and calendaring systems.
  • You are a team player who is eager to “jump in” when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness.
  • Record productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings.
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified appointments by continuously following up via phone calls, text and email.
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information is on all leads.
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents.
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market.
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have great communication and interpersonal skills, assertive and outgoing personality.
  • Outbound Experience with calling and prospecting potential seller is a PLUS.
  • Detail oriented, organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant lead flow, subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Candidate must have an active NJ real estate license or actively pursuing.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
  • Knowledge in Sales and how to convert sellers to get listing appointments for the Listing Agent.
  • Excellent skills in conversational connection, language mimicking and mirroring behavior over the phone.
  • Excellent at handling objections and call repetition.
  • Highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact with the team, the ISA will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
  • The Inside Sales Associate activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
  • This is not a remote position.
